Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Snowflake Ceramics)

 

 

Issued under Rule 4(10) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

 

No Returns or Cancellations

Orders are final. As per Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, minor artisanal variations are not “deficiency in service”.

 

Damaged Goods

If items arrive broken, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of product and packaging (Rule 5(3)(b)).

Video evidence to be provided of the customer opening the package in order to obtain a refund.

 

Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:

 

  • Minor glaze, size, or colour variations.

  • Customer mishandling.

  • Courier or customs delays.

 

 

Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment within 7 working days. Liability is limited to the invoice value under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

 

Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts at Karnataka.
