Terms & Conditions (Snowflake Ceramics)

 

 

These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.

 

Products

Handmade ceramics naturally vary in shape, size, and glaze. As per Section 2(10) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, these do not constitute defects.

 

Orders & Payment

Orders are valid only after payment. Fraudulent orders are punishable under Sections 66C & 66D of the IT Act, 2000.

Intellectual Property

All content and designs belong to Snowflake Ceramics. Use without consent violates the Copyright Act, 1957 (Sections 55 & 63).

 

Limitation of Liability

Liability is restricted under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to the invoice value of the product.

 

Refunds & Returns

No returns or refunds will be entertained, except for breakage verified (through video footage of the parcel being opened upon receipt) within 48 hours in compliance with Rule 4(10) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

 

Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore, India.
