Orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

 

Delivery Timelines

• International: varies by courier and customs.

 

 

Risk & Liability

As per Section 39(2) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the courier.

We are not liable for courier delays, customs issues, or force majeure events.

 

No Returns/Refunds​

In line with Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, artisanal variations are not “defects”.

All sales are final.

No returns, cancellations, or refunds except in cases of verified transit damage reported within 48 hours, through proof of video footage of the delivered package being opened upon receipt.
